No. Recommendations are indicative and based on approved methodology. Actual results depend on the property, the supporting evidence and any works carried out, so no specific band improvement can be guaranteed.
What does the improvement report include?⌄
A prioritised list of potential improvement measures, the documentation that can help evidence them at a future assessment (such as FENSA, Building Control, insulation and heating records), and practical suggestions on what to consider first.
How much does EPC+ cost?⌄
EPC+ is your standard EPC — from £59 (studio/1-bed £59, 2-bed £69, 3-bed £79) — plus £25 for a draft-EPC recommendations report, so EPC+ starts from £84. The exact price is confirmed before your appointment, with no surprises afterwards.
Is EPC+ the same as a Draft EPC?⌄
They complement each other. A Draft EPC lets you review the draft result before it’s lodged, while EPC+ focuses on the improvement plan. You can discuss both when you book.
