Yes. Domestic assessments are carried out by Jino Jose, a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) accredited with Elmhurst Energy, a government-approved accreditation scheme. Commercial assessments are covered by NDEA accreditation. Every EPC is lodged on the official GOV.UK EPC register, where you can verify it independently.
