Domestic EPCs are intended for residential properties such as houses and flats. Commercial EPC enquiries cover relevant non-domestic premises including offices, shops and other business property. If you are unsure, submit the property type and intended use through the appointment form so the appropriate service can be confirmed.

Yes, the website includes a combined EPC and floor-plan enquiry pathway, and our EPC + floor plan bundle for a 2-bedroom property is £118 (saving £20 versus booking separately). Whether both can be completed during one visit depends on the property and current availability.
Arrange safe access to the relevant areas of the property and gather any useful documentation for improvements, insulation, glazing, heating systems or extensions. Evidence must be suitable for the assessment methodology; verbal information alone may not be sufficient.
Completed EPC and floor-plan documents are delivered digitally, with the certificate typically lodged within 24 hours of the assessment. The exact format and recipient details are confirmed during the booking process.
