Meet the Founder
EPCRATE was founded in 2015 by Jino Jose, a fully accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) based in London. With over a decade of experience carrying out EPC assessments across all 32 London boroughs, Jino built EPCRATE on a simple principle: fast, accurate, affordable energy certificates with no hidden costs.
As both a DEA and NDEA, Jino is one of a small number of assessors in London qualified to issue certificates for residential and commercial properties — from studio flats and Victorian terraces to offices, retail units and listed buildings.
EPCRATE is the only London provider offering a Draft EPC service, allowing landlords and sellers to see a projected rating before committing to works.
